Reservations & Length of Stay

    Yes. Riata offers flexible daily, weekly, and monthly options for everything from overnight

    visits to extended stays.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum length of stay?

    No. Riata offers flexible day-based stays with no minimum or maximum length of stay,

    subject to availability and current reservation terms.

  • Can I book my RV site online?

    Yes. Online booking is available 24/7, 365 days a year, so you can check availability

    and reserve your site when it’s convenient for you.

  • Do I pay when I book?

    Yes. Payment is collected through our online reservation system when you book.

RV Sites & Rates

  • What types of RV sites are available?

    Riata offers premium back-in, covered back-in, and pull-through RV sites. Visit our RV

  • Do RV sites have full hookups?

    Yes. Our RV sites include 30/50 amp electrical service along with water and sewer

    connections.

  • Are the roads and RV pads paved?

    Yes. Riata features fully paved roads and RV pads throughout our 166-site community.

  • Is electricity included in the rate?

    Electricity is included with daily and weekly rates. Monthly rates are plus electricity.

Amenities & Community Features

  • Does Riata have a swimming pool?

    Yes. Guests can enjoy our resort-style swimming pool and sun deck.

  • Does Riata have laundry and showers?

    Yes. On-site laundry facilities and private restrooms with hot showers are available

    within the community.

  • Is high-speed internet available?

    Yes. High-speed internet is available across the property, with service offered separately

    through our online portal.

  • Does Riata have pickleball courts?

    Pickleball courts are planned as a future amenity at Riata. They are not currently

    available for guest use.

Pets & Community

  • Is Riata RV Community pet friendly?

    Yes. Qualifying pets are welcome according to our community policies. Dog parks and

    pet walking areas are available for guests traveling with pets.

  • Is Riata gated?

    Yes. Riata is a gated RV community with security camera monitoring.

  • How many RV sites does Riata have?

    Riata is a 166-site RV community designed for short visits and extended stays.

  • Who is Riata designed for?

    We welcome RV travelers, traveling professionals, remote workers, retirees, relocating

    guests, and others looking for a comfortable Weatherford home base.

    Riata is less than 10 minutes from Lake Weatherford, giving guests convenient access

  • Is shopping and dining available nearby?

    Yes. Weatherford and surrounding communities offer restaurants, shopping, groceries,

    services, and major retailers, including Costco and Walmart.

  • Can I visit Fort Worth while staying at Riata?

    Yes. Our Weatherford location provides convenient access to Fort Worth and other

    destinations throughout North Texas.
